Even though rates are down opening up the market for even the otherwise unqualified buyers, realtors are desperately brainstorming to keep their professional status above in the real estate field. People are learning how to sell their own real estate. Buyers are learning they don't need someone to hold their hand in their buying transactions leaving the realtors concerned with the future need of their services. You might have heard about some realtors' new strategy, a one stop shopping sort of for buyers. One firm realizing they needed a new twist to keep their service valuable has conglomerated with mortgage companies, appraisers, inspectors, insurance and title companies bringing them all under one roof.
