Even though rates are down opening up the market for even the otherwise unqualified buyers, realtors are desperately brainstorming to keep their professional status above in the real estate field. People are learning how to sell their own real estate. You might have heard about some realtors' new strategy, a one stop shopping sort of for buyers.
